About Conference

Food and Resource Security are highly related subjects. Researchers and Experts who are in this field need in-depth understanding. Innovations in the agriculture and food technology are increasing day by day. It’s important to share knowledge with others due to newly generated technological development. For that they need a platform to share their knowledge. We could say we have created a golden opportunity for those people to expose their knowledge through this conference. The goal is to better understand, replace or fix a target system to ultimately improve the quality of healthcare.

Food is any substance consumed to provide nutritional support for an organism. It is usually of plant or animal origin, and contains essential nutrients, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, or minerals. The substance is ingested by an organism and assimilated by the organism's cells to provide energy, maintain life, or stimulate growth. Historically, humans secured food through two methods: hunting and gathering and agriculture. Today, the majority of the food energy required by the ever increasing population of the world is supplied by the food industry.

Food safety and food security are monitored by agencies like the International Association for Food Protection, World Resources Institute, World Food Programed, Food and Agriculture Organization, and International Food Information Council. They address issues such as sustainability, biological diversity, climate change, nutritional economics, population growth, water supply, and access to food. So the conference will provide a great platform to discuss practical problems regard to the food and food safety.

The right to food is a human right derived from the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), recognizing the "right to an adequate standard of living, including adequate food", as well as the "fundamental right to be free from hunger".

Most food has always been obtained through agriculture. With increasing concern over both the methods and products of modern industrial agriculture, there has been a growing trend toward sustainable agricultural practices. This approach, partly fueled by consumer demand, encourages biodiversity, local self-reliance and organic farming methods. Major influences on food production include international, national government policy (or law), and war.
